Job Description
Easy Buy Limited is hiring a results-driven Sales Manager to oversee sales operations and lead a team of Sales Agents in Ibadan. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence through effective sales strategies and strong team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and exceed assigned sales targets consistently
- Lead, supervise, and motivate Sales Agents to maintain high performance levels
- Manage sales locations/outlets and maintain strong partner relationships
- Execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue growth
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics
- Provide coaching, guidance, and on-the-field support to Sales Agents
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new Sales Agents
- Conduct regular field visits to track team performance and customer engagement
Requirements
- HND/BSc in a related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in a Sales Manager role, preferably in BNPL, insurance, or related sectors
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- High level of resilience, drive, and results orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
