Job Description

Easy Buy Limited is hiring a results-driven Sales Manager to oversee sales operations and lead a team of Sales Agents in Ibadan. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence through effective sales strategies and strong team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and exceed assigned sales targets consistently
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate Sales Agents to maintain high performance levels
  • Manage sales locations/outlets and maintain strong partner relationships
  • Execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue growth
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and on-the-field support to Sales Agents
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new Sales Agents
  • Conduct regular field visits to track team performance and customer engagement

Requirements

  • HND/BSc in a related field
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a Sales Manager role, preferably in BNPL, insurance, or related sectors
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of resilience, drive, and results orientation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
