Job Description

A Growth Manager is needed for a hair and beauty product company specializing in crochet, braiding extensions, and natural hair products. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening brand positioning across local and international markets. This position combines sales leadership, digital marketing, and business development to improve customer acquisition, retention, and distribution performance. The ideal candidate is expected to be highly analytical, commercially driven, and skilled in executing scalable growth strategies within the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Identify and secure new sales channels, markets, and strategic partnerships
  • Drive expansion across e-commerce, social commerce, retail, and distribution platforms
  • Lead sales initiatives to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Build and manage relationships with distributors, salon owners, and business partners
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, paid ads, and influencer channels
  • Optimize customer acquisition and conversion through data-driven funnel improvements
  • Analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to guide decision-making
  • Develop customer retention strategies including loyalty programs and CRM engagement
  • Collaborate with product teams on pricing, positioning, and product development
  • Monitor industry trends and introduce innovative growth initiatives
  • Prepare performance reports and translate insights into actionable strategies

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Proven record of driving revenue growth and business expansion
  • Experience in beauty, fashion, FMCG, or e-commerce is an advantage
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing (social media, SEO, paid ads, influencer marketing)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and performance metrics
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude is a plus
  • Certifications in digital marketing or sales are an added advantage
