Job Description
Polaris Digitech Limited is seeking a competent Finance Officer to support its financial operations and ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. This role is suited for a detail-oriented professional with 3–4 years of experience who can manage financial records, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting processes with accuracy and efficiency.

Reports To: Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Raise requests for verification-related payments for approval and record all related transactions
- Process verification-related payments promptly and accurately
- Handle banking transactions to support daily operational activities
- Prepare and file VAT, WHT, and other statutory returns within deadlines
- Maintain and update the fixed assets register monthly, applying correct depreciation rates
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and investigate discrepancies
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and resolve identified variances
- Support other finance-related duties as assigned by the Finance Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and statutory compliance, including VAT and WHT
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
