Job Description

A diversified business interest company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting expertise, leadership skills, and experience managing financial processes within a multinational environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
  • Coordinate the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts while analyzing and reporting variances.
  • Prepare and publish accurate monthly financial statements within required timelines.
  • Coordinate regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Research and resolve technical accounting issues to ensure compliance with applicable accounting policies.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting procedures.
  • Develop and document accounting policies and business processes to strengthen internal controls.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years combined accounting and finance experience.
  • Previous experience working in a multinational company.
  • Proven experience working as a Financial Controller.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial procedures, and reporting standards.
  • Experience preparing financial statements and managing general ledger functions.
  • Excellent understanding of month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
