Travel Consultant

Location: Lekki-Ajah, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Handle visa application and processing for multiple international destinations.
• Provide travel consultation and advisory services to clients.
• Create customized travel itineraries and attractive travel packages.
• Manage study abroad processing, leisure tours, and business travel services for both B2B and B2C clients.
• Coordinate flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel documentation.
• Offer destination guidance and ensure compliance with travel requirements and regulations.
• Follow up on leads, prospects, and customer inquiries to drive conversions and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate travel records and provide timely updates to clients throughout the travel process.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree or HND qualification in a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years proven experience as a Travel Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of visa applications and processing across multiple destinations.
• Experience handling study abroad processing, leisure tours, and corporate travel services.
• Ability to create tailored travel itineraries and packages based on client needs.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and travel documentation processes is an added advantage.

Salary

N250,000 – N350,000 monthly (based on experience and competence).
HMO available after 6 months confirmation.
