Job Description
Suacasa Nigeria Limited is hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of construction and real estate development projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within approved budgets, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The role requires strong leadership, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from planning stage through completion.
- Develop project schedules, timelines, work plans, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and expenditure reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings.
- Oversee procurement schedules, resource allocation, and operational activities on site.
- Provide project updates, reports, and presentations to management and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve technical, operational, and project-related risks efficiently.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Construction Management, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
- 6–9 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
- Proven experience managing residential, commercial, or real estate development projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Professional certifications or memberships with relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.
