Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily business operations across multiple departments to ensure productivity and alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration among remote teams and departments.
- Facilitate virtual meetings, assign tasks, and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Assist with budget monitoring, expense tracking, and resource allocation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management review.
- Support the implementation of business strategies and operational best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory, team leadership, or operations management role.
- Previous experience managing remote teams is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in digital collaboration and project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Slack, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
- Ability to analyze operational data and recommend practical business solutions.
- Must have a dedicated home office setup, reliable high-speed internet connection, and a dependable power backup system.
