Job Description

The company is seeking qualified and customer-focused Pharmacists to support retail pharmacy operations, provide professional pharmaceutical care, and contribute to business growth through excellent service delivery and operational efficiency.

Location: Lagos and Ifo, Ogun State
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 Monthly

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and dispense prescriptions accurately in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
  • Provide medication counselling and pharmaceutical advice to patients to promote safe and effective drug use.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring proper stock rotation and minimizing product expiry and shortages.
  • Organize and maintain the pharmacy layout for efficient product identification and accessibility.
  • Promote pharmacy products and services, including health screening and wellness initiatives.
  • Contribute to sales growth and branch profitability through customer-focused service and innovative business strategies.
  • Maintain accurate pharmacy records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on developments in pharmacy practice, healthcare trends, and emerging pharmaceutical products.

Requirements

Interested candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or equivalent).
  • Valid Pharmacist practicing license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and pharmacy management systems.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • High level of professional integrity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.
  • Strong patient-centred approach and commitment to quality healthcare delivery.
