Head Nurse (Nephrology)
Job Description
An experienced Head Nurse is required to oversee nursing operations within a nephrology-focused healthcare setting. This role involves ensuring high standards of patient care, coordinating nursing activities, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations while supporting efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff and daily clinical operations
- Ensure high-quality patient care, safety, and overall patient satisfaction
- Implement, monitor, and enforce clinical procedures and healthcare standards
- Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-ups, and accurate documentation
- Oversee hygiene standards, inventory management, and administrative processes

Requirements
- Bachelor of Nursing Science (B.NSc.) with a valid RN license
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience, preferably in dialysis or a specialty setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Good knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient care standards
- Ability to manage teams and maintain operational efficiency in a clinical environment
