Job Description

Prestigious Consulting Group is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Pharmaceutical Project Manager to oversee pharmaceutical projects from development through commercialization. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and drive the successful delivery of pharmaceutical initiatives.

Salary: ₦400,000 – ₦600,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of pharmaceutical projects throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and performance metrics.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support pharmaceutical professionals to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality assurance standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, regulatory bodies, suppliers, and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and key stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, stakeholder meetings, and professional events.
  • Stay informed about pharmaceutical industry trends, innovations, and regulatory developments.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical project management experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management qualification (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical product development processes, regulatory frameworks, and GMP standards.
  • Practical laboratory experience within a pharmaceutical environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
