Job Description

Kennedia Consulting Limited (KCL) is seeking an experienced Head, Monitoring and Evaluation to lead the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks that measure organizational performance, support strategic decision-making, and drive continuous improvement. This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional with strong analytical, reporting, and performance management expertise.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks across organizational departments and projects.
• Monitor organizational performance against strategic goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and project milestones.
• Prepare periodic monitoring and evaluation reports for senior management and the Board, highlighting performance trends and recommendations.
• Identify performance gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunities while recommending corrective actions.
• Develop data collection tools, dashboards, and reporting systems to improve real-time performance tracking.
• Support departments in setting measurable performance targets aligned with corporate objectives.
• Conduct project evaluations, programme assessments, and post-implementation reviews.
• Build organizational M&E capacity through training, mentorship, and technical support.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
• A postgraduate qualification in Monitoring & Evaluation, Project Management, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, performance management, or a related function.
• Strong analytical, data management, and reporting skills with proficiency in M&E tools and reporting software.
• Previous experience within the oil and gas industry or a large corporate organization is preferred.
• Excellent report writing, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

N3,000,000 – N5,000,000 per month (Negotiable)
