Utiva Nigeria is seeking an experienced and results-driven Growth Manager – B2B to lead client acquisition efforts, drive revenue growth, and expand business opportunities across assigned markets. This position is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in enterprise sales, business development, and stakeholder management who thrives in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive client acquisition and revenue growth across assigned territories and market segments.
- Develop and execute effective B2B sales and business development strategies.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, executives, and stakeholders.
- Manage and optimize sales pipeline performance to improve conversion rates.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Job Requirements
Interested candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or business development.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Strong experience in enterprise client acquisition and relationship management.
- Ability to generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- A data-driven approach to sales performance monitoring and optimization.
- Previous sales experience in Insurance, Banking, SaaS, or EdTech industries.
