Utiva Nigeria is seeking an experienced and results-driven Growth Manager – B2B to lead client acquisition efforts, drive revenue growth, and expand business opportunities across assigned markets. This position is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in enterprise sales, business development, and stakeholder management who thrives in a target-driven environment.

Salary: N400,000 Net Monthly + Commission

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive client acquisition and revenue growth across assigned territories and market segments.
  • Develop and execute effective B2B sales and business development strategies.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities into long-term partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, executives, and stakeholders.
  • Manage and optimize sales pipeline performance to improve conversion rates.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or business development.
  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Strong experience in enterprise client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Ability to generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A data-driven approach to sales performance monitoring and optimization.
  • Previous sales experience in Insurance, Banking, SaaS, or EdTech industries.
