Job Description

Hoop Telecoms Limited is seeking experienced and results-driven Key Account Managers to manage and grow relationships with high-value corporate clients. The successful candidates will serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction while driving revenue growth through telecommunications solutions such as Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH), Dedicated Internet, and Cloud Services.

Location: Lagos & Abuja (FCT), Nigeria

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, business leaders, and technical decision-makers within assigned accounts.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to identify client needs, business opportunities, potential risks, and service expansion possibilities.
  • Monitor service performance and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring clients receive quality service and prompt issue resolution.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling telecommunications solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical, billing, and legal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage contract renewals, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations with key clients.
  • Provide consultative guidance to clients by staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments.
  • Maintain accurate account records, forecasts, and performance reports.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ISP operations, fiber infrastructure, enterprise internet solutions, and cloud services.
  • Proven ability to manage high-value corporate accounts and achieve revenue targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical business stakeholders.
  • Experience handling contract renewals, service escalations, and client relationship management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
