Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP) Limited is seeking a results-driven Digital Growth Marketing Specialist to develop and optimize digital marketing systems that support audience growth, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue generation. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting digital products, training programs, events, consulting services, books, and online courses through strategic marketing initiatives and automation.
Job Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize lead generation funnels to attract and convert prospects.
- Create high-converting landing pages for books, webinars, training programs, events, and digital products.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and customer nurture sequences.
- Integrate marketing platforms including websites, CRM systems, email tools, WhatsApp, Instagram, and YouTube into a seamless ecosystem.
- Monitor and improve website performance with a focus on user experience and conversion optimization.
- Track campaign metrics, analyze performance data, and implement improvements to increase lead generation and sales.
- Support the promotion of thought leadership content, learning programs, and consulting services across digital channels.
- Implement strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in digital growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of funnel building and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience creating and managing landing pages for marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and workflow automation.
- Website management experience, preferably using WordPress or similar content management systems.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, reporting, and campaign performance tracking.
