Job Description

Bottleking Limited is seeking a Creative Lead, Branding & Marketing to define and elevate its brand identity across all customer touchpoints. The role involves leading creative direction, shaping brand strategy, and ensuring consistent execution of high-impact marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on creative execution, driving both brand growth and commercial results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve brand identity, positioning, and visual standards for Bottleking
  • Lead creative direction for campaigns from concept development to final execution
  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels
  • Oversee production of marketing assets including social, digital, print, and event materials
  • Lead and manage creative teams including designers, content creators, photographers, and videographers
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns that drive awareness and sales
  • Direct content strategy for digital platforms including social media and website

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in creative direction, branding, advertising, or marketing
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign development, and creative leadership work
  • Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, design principles, and consumer behavior
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or similar tools
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with digital marketing tools, analytics, and content production workflows
  • Ability to balance creative innovation with commercial objectives and deadlines
