The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring excellent service delivery across assigned portfolios.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business retention and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement strategies to expand existing accounts.
• Oversee high-value client portfolios and ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.
• Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports on client activities and business outcomes.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients when required.
• Develop and execute account management plans aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and maintain strong stakeholder engagement.
Job Requirements
• MSc, MBA, ICAN certification, or a related Finance qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years proven experience in account management, business development, or a related role.
• Strong ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing high-value accounts within the manufacturing industry is an advantage.
Salary
N800,000 – N1,000,000 monthly.
