Production Supervisor (FMCG)
Job Description
A reputable FMCG company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to manage daily manufacturing operations in Ikeja, Lagos. The role requires strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of production systems, and the ability to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance across the production line.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations
- Monitor production schedules and ensure output targets are consistently achieved
- Enforce quality control standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures
- Supervise production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and waste
- Collaborate with quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain teams to improve productivity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Industrial Chemistry, Food Science & Technology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field
- 4–6 years’ experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of production planning and quality management systems
- Good understanding of FMCG manufacturing processes and standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Salary
N350,000 – N500,000 Monthly
