Mara Cruiz Organics is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee its digital presence and strengthen brand engagement across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, managing online communities, executing campaigns, and driving audience growth while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies that support business objectives and brand growth.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
• Manage daily social media activities, including content posting, audience engagement, and community management.
• Respond promptly and professionally to comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to identify new opportunities.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Track and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
• Manage influencer partnerships and brand collaboration initiatives.
• Conduct social listening to gather customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Experience with social media scheduling, analytics, and advertising tools.
• Excellent content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
