Job Description

Mara Cruiz Organics is seeking a results-driven Ads Manager to oversee and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, improving conversion rates, managing advertising budgets, and leveraging data insights to maximize campaign performance and business growth.

Salary: N300,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Google, and YouTube.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimize key metrics such as CPL, CAC, and ROAS, and scale successful campaigns for increased revenue.
• Build and optimize landing pages, product pages, and marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
• Conduct SEO activities to improve website visibility, organic traffic, and search engine rankings.
• Implement and manage tracking systems including Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate performance measurement.
• Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve marketing strategies and advertising effectiveness.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, messaging, and copy.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently, allocating spend to the highest-performing campaigns and channels.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, platform updates, and new customer acquisition opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years and maximum of 8 years of relevant work experience in digital advertising or performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube advertising platforms.
• Experience with campaign tracking, analytics tools, and conversion optimization techniques.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and website conversion optimization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and budget management skills.
• Ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
