Bottleking Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Manager to lead and execute social media strategies that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in content marketing, community management, social media analytics, and digital storytelling across multiple platforms.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives.
  • Create and manage monthly content calendars and campaign plans for various social media platforms.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content including posts, videos, reels, stories, captions, and promotional materials.
  • Manage daily publishing schedules and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Monitor social media conversations, comments, messages, and mentions while maintaining positive audience engagement.
  • Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns to support product promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, influencers, and content creators to produce high quality content.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics including engagement, reach, audience growth, website traffic, and conversions.
  • Prepare regular social media reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices.
  • Lead social media projects that contribute directly to brand growth and revenue objectives.
  • Supervise junior team members and coordinate activities with external partners where necessary.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
  • Strong copywriting, content creation, and storytelling skills.
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience using social media management platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and community growth strategies.
  • Background in e-commerce, retail, or brand marketing.
