Standard Chartered Bank is seeking an experienced Client Implementation Manager to lead the successful delivery and implementation of Transaction Banking solutions for corporate clients. The role involves managing end to end client onboarding, digital integrations, project execution, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver seamless implementation experiences while supporting business growth and revenue realization.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end implementation of Transaction Banking products and services for corporate clients.
- Lead client onboarding activities, project planning, execution, testing, training, and deployment.
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, and Relationship Management teams to deliver client solutions.
- Drive implementation projects for high profile regional and global client mandates.
- Monitor project risks, issues, timelines, and action plans to ensure successful delivery within agreed service levels.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance client experience and implementation efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure solutions remain aligned with business needs.
- Identify opportunities for cross selling relevant banking products and services.
- Provide implementation support for RFPs, RFIs, and large deal opportunities.
- Collaborate with technology and external partners to support client digitization and system integration projects.
- Participate in governance forums and ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and operational requirements.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, operating model enhancements, and implementation transformation projects.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in banking, finance, or a related industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in Client Implementation with a strong focus on delivery and project execution.
- Strong knowledge of Transaction Banking products, including cash management and trade solutions.
- Experience with APIs, system integrations, digital banking platforms, and technology implementation projects.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
- Ability to manage complex projects and work effectively in fast paced environments.
- Knowledge of operational risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strategic thinking skills with the ability to drive process improvements and business transformation initiatives.
