Brit Properties Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced and results driven Agency Manager to lead and grow its sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, mentoring, and managing sales professionals while driving revenue growth and ensuring the achievement of business targets. This role is best suited for a motivated leader with a strong background in real estate or insurance sales management.

Key Responsibilities
• Recruit, train, retain, and manage a minimum of four competent Unit Managers.
• Recruit, train, retain, and supervise at least 20 Sales Executives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, initiatives, and action plans to increase brand visibility and business growth.
• Ensure the sales team consistently achieves and exceeds monthly performance targets.
• Drive strong monthly sales performance through effective leadership and coaching.
• Monitor team productivity and provide ongoing support to improve sales performance.
• Build and maintain a high performing and motivated sales team.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field.
• Minimum of five years of sales experience in the real estate or insurance industry.
• At least three years of experience in a Sales Manager role within the real estate or insurance sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
