A leading luxury retail company is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Head of Sales to lead its sales operations and drive long-term business growth. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, managing high-performing sales teams, expanding the customer base, strengthening relationships with corporate and high-net-worth clients, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in luxury retail or premium consumer goods, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to build strong client relationships while delivering consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed sales targets and performance expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), and Ultra High-Net-Worth Individuals (Ultra HNIs).
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
- Develop key account strategies to maximize customer retention and lifetime value.
- Revive dormant accounts and acquire new corporate and individual clients.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, budgets, and management reports.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to improve sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support business growth initiatives.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and a luxury shopping experience across all sales channels.
- Oversee pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and inventory planning.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and support the continuous development of the sales team.
- Represent the company at corporate meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and other business development engagements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related discipline. An international degree is an added advantage.
- Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 7 years in a senior leadership position.
- Proven experience leading high-performing sales teams and delivering measurable business growth.
- Strong background in luxury retail, premium consumer goods, jewelry, or luxury timepiece sales.
- Experience managing corporate accounts and high-value client portfolios.
- Previous experience working with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra High-Net-Worth Individuals (Ultra HNIs).
- Experience in investment banking, wealth management, private banking, asset management, or luxury real estate is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close high-value transactions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
