Job Description
ASA Security Limited is recruiting a qualified CCTV & Access Control Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and performance of electronic security systems. This role involves supervising maintenance technicians, ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed efficiently, and maintaining optimal performance of CCTV, access control, and other security solutions. Please note that this is a 12-hour shift position.

Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of CCTV systems, access control systems, boom barriers, intrusion alarms, intercoms, and other electronic security equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, electrical, and network-related faults to ensure maximum system uptime.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IP cameras, NVRs/DVRs, servers, network switches, controllers, biometric devices, card readers, and electronic door locks.
- Ensure all preventive maintenance schedules are completed in line with service level agreements and company standards.
- Monitor service requests, assign maintenance tasks, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports while maintaining accurate service records.
- Coordinate the replacement of faulty equipment covered under warranty or maintenance agreements.
- Maintain inventory records for spare parts, tools, and consumables required for maintenance operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Communicate with clients regarding maintenance schedules, technical concerns, and service updates.
Job Requirements
Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Diploma, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Professional certification in CCTV, networking, access control systems, or electronic security systems is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in CCTV and access control installation and maintenance.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience managing maintenance teams.
- Strong knowledge of IP CCTV systems, access control platforms, networking, and electronic security technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting, technical reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and respond to emergency call-outs when required.
- Ability to work at heights and within industrial or construction environments where necessary.
- A valid driver’s licence is an added advantage.
