Harmony Garden and Estate Development Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of construction projects in Lagos. The ideal candidate will lead site operations, coordinate contractors, ensure quality standards, maintain project timelines, and enforce strict health and safety compliance throughout all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate construction activities across multiple project sites to ensure timely project execution.
- Supervise contractors, site teams, artisans, and vendors to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
- Conduct routine site inspections and resolve technical issues or construction snags promptly.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly project progress reports.
- Monitor material usage, availability, and minimize wastage.
- Support project planning, workforce scheduling, and overall site productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in construction project execution.
- COREN registration is mandatory.
- Membership of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) is required.
- Proven experience managing construction sites, contractors, and project teams.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, quality control, and HSE standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
Salary
₦400,000 – ₦500,000 per month
