A leading real estate company is seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Business Development to provide strategic commercial leadership, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence. This executive opportunity is ideal for a results-driven professional with extensive experience leading high-performing sales teams, closing high-value real estate transactions, and delivering measurable business growth.
Location: Mainland/Ajah, Lagos (Hybrid)

Salary: ₦1,000,000 Monthly + Performance Bonus + Official Car
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing sales and business development teams.
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and investment prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Drive market expansion and strengthen the company’s competitive position.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and commercial opportunities to improve profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 10–15 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of closing high-value real estate transactions and delivering significant revenue growth.
- Demonstrated experience building and leading successful sales teams.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking, business development, and commercial decision-making abilities.
