Job Description

A Corporate Sales Executive is needed to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions. This role involves strategic prospecting, market analysis, and collaboration with internal teams to meet revenue targets and expand the client base within a consulting or service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach activities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as the primary contact throughout the sales cycle
  • Conduct client needs assessments and recommend customized solutions
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and persuasive presentations to decision-makers
  • Negotiate terms and close deals in line with company policies and targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development or sales within a consulting or service-based industry
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales analytics software
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent relationship management and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Good time management and organizational skills
