Job Description

A reputable finance company in Port Harcourt is seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement campaigns that generate qualified leads while strengthening the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement monthly and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, radio, outdoor advertising, events, and community engagement channels.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable return on investment (ROI).
  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns that attract and convert qualified prospects.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing metrics, and provide regular performance reports.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve lead nurturing and conversion processes.
  • Strengthen brand visibility through innovative marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of proven experience in a marketing role.
  • Demonstrated success in executing lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent copywriting, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management abilities.
  • Must reside in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
  • Must be available to work onsite from Monday to Friday.
