Job Description

A Design & Digital Marketer is needed to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies that strengthen online visibility, increase audience engagement, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong graphic design skills, digital marketing expertise, and the ability to manage integrated campaigns across multiple online channels while tracking and optimizing performance.

Salary: N200,000 – N250,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Create engaging visual and marketing content that aligns with campaign objectives and brand identity.
  • Design, build, and maintain social media pages to improve online presence and audience engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights, preparing reports based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Research market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop creative marketing strategies that improve lead generation, conversions, and overall digital performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is an advantage.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and digital advertising.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and English writing skills.
  • Good knowledge of web publishing requirements and content management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
