Job Description
Romson Oil Field Services Limited is seeking a qualified HSE Coordinator to support the implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across its operations. The successful candidate will coordinate safety programs, regulatory compliance, risk assessments, incident investigations, and employee training while promoting a strong safety culture across multiple business locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety standards and drive continuous improvement.
- Investigate workplace incidents, monitor corrective actions, and help prevent future occurrences.
- Organize emergency drills and maintain annual drill schedules across business locations.
- Monitor compliance with HSE regulations and maintain regulatory compliance trackers.
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual HSE reports, ensuring timely submission.
- Plan and facilitate HSE induction programs and safety training for employees.
- Oversee the renewal of safety-related service agreements before expiration.
- Ensure regular inspections of firefighting equipment and first aid boxes.
- Monitor and follow up on identified unsafe conditions in the workplace.
- Coordinate quarterly fumigation schedules and other workplace safety initiatives.
- Prepare and distribute weekly HSE awareness communications.
- Support the planning and execution of HSE projects and events.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline.
- Professional HSE certification or other relevant safety qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment management.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident investigation.
- Experience with regulatory compliance, HSE audits, and workplace inspections.
- Understanding of emergency response planning and safety training coordination.
- Excellent project coordination, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.
