ACR Global – Afconrecruit Limited is seeking a strategic, results-oriented, and adaptable General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and strengthen overall organizational performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating executive strategy into effective operational execution while optimizing resources, improving profitability, and supporting long-term business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate corporate vision and objectives into actionable operational strategies, plans, and performance targets.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across business units, ensuring efficiency, profitability, productivity, and service excellence.
• Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential areas for business diversification and expansion.
• Streamline cross-functional processes and establish effective SOPs, reporting systems, and performance monitoring frameworks.
• Lead workforce planning, talent retention, team development, and executive performance optimization.
• Oversee corporate compliance, risk management, governance, and operational standards across relevant business units.
• Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, cost optimization, and effective allocation of financial resources.
• Manage annual budgets, P&L performance, quarterly forecasts, and operational resource distribution.
• Monitor key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to improve efficiency, reduce overhead, and maximize ROI.
• Act as a key operational liaison between department heads, executive leadership, and board members.
• Prepare performance reports, operational reviews, and strategic proposals for executive and board-level consideration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, strategic partners, and institutional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
• An MBA or Executive Master’s Degree is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive management experience, including at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership or General Manager position.
• Demonstrated experience in P&L management, workforce structuring, and scaling multi-unit or cross-border operations.
• Strong leadership, team-building, conflict-resolution, and executive coaching capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and strategic decision-making skills with the ability to operate effectively in complex business environments.
• Proven ability to achieve ambitious sales, revenue, and operational targets.
• Strong understanding of business growth, resource optimization, and long-term organizational development.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: ₦350,000 monthly.
• Target Achievement Bonus: Up to ₦500,000 monthly upon meeting defined operational and financial KPIs.
• Commission: Tiered commission structure for revenue and performance exceeding target levels.
