Job Description
Thronos Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across its human capital function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing people strategies, strengthening HR processes, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring that human resource practices align with organizational objectives and applicable employment requirements.

Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)
Salary: N400,000 – N600,000 monthly
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization’s HR strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, recruitment, and selection activities.
- Develop organizational structures, job descriptions, and competency frameworks.
- Lead employee onboarding, integration, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Establish and manage effective performance management frameworks.
- Develop compensation, benefits, and employee reward strategies.
- Manage employee relations, workplace conflicts, disciplinary procedures, and grievances.
- Develop succession planning and talent management programmes.
- Oversee learning and development strategies and initiatives.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Nigerian labour and employment requirements.
- Develop HR analytics, workforce dashboards, and people-related reports.
- Advise senior management on people-related decisions and workforce matters.
- Support organizational restructuring and change management initiatives.
- Manage HR budgets and departmental resources.
- Lead, mentor, and develop HR personnel.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- CIPM professional membership (MCIPM/FCIPM) is strongly preferred.
- A valid HR Practitioners’ Licence is required where applicable.
- CIPD or SHRM certification is an added advantage.
- 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with previous managerial responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour and employment practices.
- Proven experience using HRIS and HR analytics tools.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent strategic and commercial awareness.
- Demonstrated competence in areas including talent planning, performance management, rewards, learning and development, change management, and employee relations.

N400,000 – N600,000 monthly
