Job Description
A firm is seeking a smart, customer-oriented, and proactive Customer Service Officer to manage customer inquiries, provide excellent support, and assist with daily business operations.
Location: Jahi, Abuja
Salary: ₦150,000 monthly
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries and complaints
- Respond to messages, emails, and phone calls
- Follow up on leads and successfully close sales through customer engagement.
- Assist customers with suitable product recommendations
- Follow up on customer orders and inquiries
- Maintain proper records and ensure excellent customer service
- Support daily administrative operations
- Convince and engage customers effectively to drive sales
