Sourcing Specialist
Job Description
A firm is looking to hire a hands-on Sourcing Specialist to manage vendor relationships, negotiate prices, and ensure product availability. Experience in foreign procurement, clearing, and forwarding is a plus.
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Salary: ₦4,000,000 – ₦5,000,000 annual gross
Key Responsibilities
- Source and sign vendors for products and merchandise.
- Negotiate prices and ensure timely product availability.
- Monitor vendor performance using KPIs.
- Capture updated prices and catalogue products monthly.
- Conduct market scans to ensure competitiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet Source-to-Pay KPIs.
Key Requirements
- Strong strategic sourcing and negotiation skills.
- Operational discipline in high-execution environments.
- Integrity, adaptability, grit, and resilience.
- OND or related discipline; experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics is an advantage.
