We are seeking a Head of Risk Management to lead the development and implementation of risk management frameworks. This pivotal role requires extensive experience in identifying and mitigating risks within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks and strategies.
• Identify, assess, and monitor risks across all operational areas.
• Prepare risk reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various departments to promote a risk-aware culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in risk management with a proven track record in framework implementation.

Salary: ₦8M–₦12M per annum
