Job Description

Analyst (Marketing Mix Modeling) role supporting data-driven marketing measurement and media planning using advanced Bayesian modeling tools. The position focuses on data management, model quality assurance, reporting, and client support within a fast-growing SaaS analytics environment at Keen Decision Systems. Remote work is available within the United States, with a salary range of USD 63,000 – 75,000 yearly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prepare client data through aggregation, cleansing, and structured uploads into the Keen Platform
  • Support integration of multiple data sources and ensure smooth data flow for client use
  • Perform model quality checks, including statistical fit validation, ROI analysis, and data integrity review
  • Collaborate with senior analysts to refine and improve model performance and outputs
  • Configure and execute optimized marketing plans aligned with client strategy and account direction
  • Support client training sessions on platform features and planning tools
  • Develop reporting outputs and assist in building presentation decks for client storytelling and business reviews
  • Provide ongoing troubleshooting, model monitoring, and technical support for client accounts

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, SaaS customer success, data analysis, or data management
  • Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and manipulation
  • Ability to create clear and structured presentations using PowerPoint
  • Strong interest in data-driven marketing, analytics tools, and business intelligence platforms
  • Self-starter with willingness to learn advanced modeling concepts such as Bayesian modeling
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to support remote work setup
