Assistant Bakery Manager

Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Bakery Manager to support daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our bakery. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and hands-on experience in bakery operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily bakery operations, including production schedules and staff supervision.
2. Ensure quality control of baked goods and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
3. Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
4. Train and mentor bakery staff to improve productivity and maintain high performance.
5. Collaborate with the management team to develop new recipes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• A Higher National Diploma (HND) or Degree in Culinary Arts, Culinary Management, Business Management, or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Proven experience in supervising staff and managing bakery operations is essential.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
