A reputable food and retail brand, So Fresh, is seeking a results-driven Brand & Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives and strengthen brand positioning. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in digital marketing, campaign execution, and team leadership, focused on driving growth, increasing customer engagement, and delivering measurable results.

Salary: N750,000 monthly

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and increased store footfall
  • Lead offline and online marketing campaigns, including product launches, activations, and outlet promotions
  • Create and implement an annual digital marketing plan aligned with business objectives
  • Manage paid digital campaigns and optimize for ROI, conversions, and performance metrics
  • Oversee brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints
  • Monitor brand perception and manage PR activities, including press releases and media engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and operations to align marketing strategies with business goals
  • Manage and update the company website to improve visibility, traffic, and sales performance
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve set targets and improve efficiency
  • Track campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for growth and improvement
  • Prepare periodic and monthly reports on marketing performance for senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in digital marketing and brand management
  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role
  • Proven track record in performance marketing and ROI-driven campaigns
  • Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, and influencer marketing strategies
  • Experience with B2C marketing, social media platforms, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and email marketing
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and ability to track and report key performance metrics
  • Familiarity with design and content tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Suite, InShot, or Figma
  • Marketing experience in retail, food, or related sectors is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
