Job Description
A reputable client in the real estate sector is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to support the launch and sales of property offerings. This role focuses on identifying market opportunities, shaping pricing strategies, and driving revenue growth through effective collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure within set timelines
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to develop and launch real estate projects with strong sales potential
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to uncover trends, pricing insights, and customer preferences
- Support go-to-market strategies, including product positioning and development of unique selling propositions (USPs)
- Equip the sales team with relevant product knowledge, marketing materials, and campaign support
- Track sales performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve revenue and sales efficiency
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, and development to align offerings with market needs
- Participate in client engagements, site visits, and project launches to present insights and gather feedback
Job Requirements
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in real estate, sales, or a similar commercial role
- Proven track record in selling high-value or luxury products
- Experience working with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) is an added advantage
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
- Solid understanding of real estate market trends and dynamics
