Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition and increase business inflow.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in assigned regions.
- Improve client retention, particularly within the Federal/Public sector.
- Support efforts to reduce the client-to-manager ratio for better service delivery.
- Identify new business opportunities and promote the institution’s financial products and services.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in a relevant field.
- 1–4 years of relevant work experience.
- Maximum age of 33 years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, smart, and professional with a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexible, willing to learn, and able to work independently.
- Good relationship management and marketing skills.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₦250,000 net per month.
- Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage.
