Vampai Technologies is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development / Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and support revenue growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s client base, preparing commercial proposals, and converting prospects into long-term business relationships.

Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 Monthly + Commission + Benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and develop prospective clients across the Oil & Gas, Power, Industrial, and Maritime sectors.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, and physical meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive business growth.
- Prepare and present professional proposals, capability statements, and sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, and business opportunities to improve conversion rates and close deals.
- Support the preparation of tender documents, expressions of interest (EOIs), and prequalification submissions.
- Collaborate with technical and management teams to ensure accurate representation of company services and solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities within the company’s CRM or sales tracking system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the energy services sector.
Job Requirements
Interested candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a client-facing role.
- Experience within the Energy, Engineering, Industrial Services, or Oil & Gas sector will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of Nigeria’s Oil & Gas industry, including key operators, service providers, and regulatory bodies.
- Experience preparing commercial proposals, presentations, quotations, or tender documents.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and meet sales targets.
