Job Description

ASA Security Limited is seeking an experienced CCTV & Access Control Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and performance of electronic security systems. This role is responsible for supervising technicians, ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed efficiently, minimizing system downtime, and delivering reliable technical support. Please note that this is a 12-hour shift-based position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the preventive and corrective maintenance of CCTV, access control, intrusion alarm, boom barrier, intercom, and other electronic security systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, electrical, networking, and system-related faults.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IP cameras, NVRs/DVRs, servers, biometric devices, network switches, controllers, card readers, and related equipment.
  • Monitor maintenance schedules, assign service requests, and ensure timely completion of all maintenance activities in line with service agreements.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, prepare periodic reports, and manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables.

Requirements
  • Diploma, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CCTV and access control installation and maintenance.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in electronic security systems.
  • Strong knowledge of IP CCTV systems, access control platforms, networking, and electronic security technologies.
  • Professional certifications in CCTV, networking, access control, or related security systems will be an added advantage.
Salary

₦300,000 – ₦400,000 per month
