Job Description

Anas Atiantic Services Limited is seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer to lead its marketing strategy and drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives while enhancing brand visibility and market presence.

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: N200,000 – N250,000 monthly

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and oversee market research activities to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach to customer service, distribution, and market positioning
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives
  • Create and execute a comprehensive marketing plan, ensuring effective day-to-day operations
  • Plan and manage marketing functions including branding, product development, and communications
  • Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, public relations activities, and multi-channel marketing efforts
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships to support business growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies and business plans across key areas such as branding and product promotion
  • Strong knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis methods
  • Ability to implement marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels
  • Good understanding of business operations, including IT and finance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business tools such as CRM software
  • Strong leadership skills with a balance of creative and analytical thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities
  • MSc or MA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
