A firm is looking to hire to a Client Relations & Research Officer.
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in client relations and research within a stockbroking company
- Sound understanding of the Nigerian Capital Market
- Excellent analytical, research and presentation skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting targets
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Canva and social media management
- Student or associate member of CIS is an advantage
Key Requirements
- Lead the department’s client relations and research activities
- Manage client relationships and support research activities
- Drive sales targets and deliver presentations
- Support graphic design and social media activities
