Job Description

A recruiting firm is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Content Creator to drive engaging and impactful content across multiple digital platforms. The role involves creating compelling content, managing online communities, and contributing to strategic marketing efforts that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

Location: Lagos (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 monthly

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies tailored to platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content aligned with brand messaging
  • Manage and grow online communities by responding to comments, messages, and interactions
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to improve campaigns and engagement
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication
  • Plan and implement campaigns that align with overall marketing goals

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in content creation or social media management with a strong portfolio
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and graphic design software is an advantage
  • Strong skills in video creation and editing
  • Excellent copywriting ability
  • Impressive graphic design skills
  • Good knowledge of AI design and editing tools
  • Must have personal work tools, reliable power supply, and stable internet connection
