Job Description

Outsource Point Limited is seeking a creative and experienced Content Creator to develop engaging digital content that strengthens brand visibility and highlights its lifestyle and real estate offerings. The successful candidate will create compelling visual and written content across social media platforms while supporting audience growth and brand awareness.

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: N300,000 – N400,000 monthly

Responsibilities
  • Create engaging video, photography, and written content for social media platforms.
  • Develop property and lifestyle content that increases audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Plan and execute content shoots, including property tours, reels, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage content calendars and maintain a consistent publishing schedule across digital platforms.
  • Monitor content performance and use analytics and audience insights to improve engagement and reach.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to develop creative concepts aligned with brand objectives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is an advantage.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in content creation, preferably with a real estate or lifestyle brand.
  • Strong skills in video production, photography, video editing, and social media content creation.
  • Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools.
  • Strong creativity, communication, storytelling, and organisational skills.
  • A portfolio demonstrating previous content creation work is required.
