Location: Ojoo, Ibadan, Oyo

Employment Type: Full-time

A reputable organization is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to provide excellent support and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Provide accurate information, address customer concerns, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain and update customer records using CRM systems.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or as a Client Service Representative.
  • Strong phone handling and active listening skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-focused attitude with the ability to adapt to different personalities.

Additional Notes:

  • Preference will be given to candidates residing in Ibadan, especially those close to the Ojoo area.
