A reputable organization is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to provide excellent support and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Provide accurate information, address customer concerns, and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain and update customer records using CRM systems.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or as a Client Service Representative.
- Strong phone handling and active listening skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to adapt to different personalities.

- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Ibadan, especially those close to the Ojoo area.
